BlockscoutOne Line A Day
Set By HyperCore
HyperCore publishes the line and settles it. LiquidRise holds the pot in USDG in one contract on Robinhood Chain and pays every side what HyperCore settled, and each step leaves an event on chain.
HyperCore sets the line
Each day HyperCore deploys a recurring HIP-4 outcome on BTC: at or above the previous settlement price at 06:00 UTC. Today's line is 77,719.
Take a side in USDG
Approve USDG and call take() with Yes or No from any browser wallet on Robinhood Chain, from 0.1 USDG. The contract locks sides at 05:55 UTC.
Paid what HyperCore settles
After 06:00 UTC the keeper reads settleFraction from HyperCore and settles the round on chain. The contract pays every side pro rata, and the keeper pushes each payout to its wallet.
HyperCore settles a BTC outcome every morning at 06:00 UTC, and until now only Hyperliquid accounts could take part.
LiquidRise brings that same outcome to every wallet on Robinhood Chain, in USDG, settled by HyperCore's own number.
One Pot, Settled By HyperCore.
Hyperliquid sets the line and decides the result. The pot and every payout sit in one contract on Robinhood Chain, where anyone can check them.

$RISE burnA Day
The Line01
Each day HyperCore deploys a recurring HIP-4 outcome: BTC at or above a target price at 06:00 UTC. The target is the previous day's settlement price. LiquidRise opens the same round in its contract on Robinhood Chain.
Sides In USDG02
Any wallet approves USDG and calls take() with the day and Yes or No. The minimum is 0.1 USDG. The contract refuses sides after 05:55 UTC.
HyperCore Settles03
At 06:00 UTC HyperCore settles the outcome. The keeper reads settleFraction and calls settle() with it and the BTC mark; the contract pays every side pro rata.
3% Burns $RISE04
3% of every pot is the fee. The keeper buys $RISE with it through Uniswap v4, burns what it bought, and records both transactions on the rounds contract.

Sides Too.
Every round is readable as JSON, and a side is one contract call any agent can build, sign and send. You need neither an account nor an API key.
Agent docs/mcp. Tools: get_round, list_rounds, build_side, send_signed, tx_status, get_protocol. The agent signs the side with its own key.POST /api/v1/x402/side answers 402 with a USDG authorization to sign, its nonce bound to the round and the side. Retry with the signature in X-PAYMENT: the payment is the side, the relayer pays the gas, and the response carries the transaction./sdk/liquidrise.ts: getRound(), getRounds(), buildSide(), takeSide(), potOdds(). It works with any viem wallet client.take(day, side, amount) on RiseRounds, after approve on USDG. The contract emits RoundOpened, SideTaken, RoundSettled, Claimed and Burned; the site and the API read them back. One Round, Three Ways In.

It is HyperCore's recurring HIP-4 outcome: Yes if BTC's mark price on Hyperliquid at 06:00 UTC is at or above the target, No otherwise. The target is the previous day's settlement price. LiquidRise opens the same round on Robinhood Chain every day.
Open today's round, connect a browser wallet on Robinhood Chain, pick Yes or No and an amount from 0.1 USDG. Your wallet approves USDG once, then calls take() on the rounds contract. The contract refuses sides after 05:55 UTC.
3% of the pot is the fee. The rest is split by HyperCore's settleFraction: the Yes sides share net × settleFraction, the No sides share the remainder, each pro rata to its stake. If nobody took one side, every side is refunded in full and no fee is taken.
If the outcome is not readable 30 minutes after 06:00 UTC, the round settles to HyperCore's BTC mark price at 06:00 UTC against the previous 06:00 UTC price: up is Yes, down is No. The settlement event says which source it used.
In the RiseRounds contract on Robinhood Chain. The keeper can settle a round but cannot move the pot anywhere else: payouts only go to the wallets that took sides, and if a round is not settled within 3 days anyone can cancel it and every side is refunded. Every side, settlement and payout is on Blockscout.
The 3% fee from every settled pot buys $RISE through Uniswap v4, and the keeper sends what it bought to the dead address. Each burn is logged on the rounds contract with the USDG amount, the $RISE amount and both transactions.
